A Jamaican Diaspora Foundation has been established to strengthen ties with Jamaicans living abroad. Addressing the audience at the opening of Disapora Conference today, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Dr. Ken Baugh said a secretariat will be established at the Mona School of Business on the Mona campus of the University of the West Indies to support the Foundation.
