Lights, camera, action!

Against the backdrop of the 'World's Leading Beach 2006', it was a star-studded affair of lights ... camera ... action, at the 14th annual World Travel Awards (WTA) gala at Beaches Turks and Caicos, last Wednesday night.

'Animals' party on the farm

The invite distinctly stated, 'This is not an invitation. This is an edict from the animals at the farm for you to attend our annual party on Saturday, December 8'. Instruction continued: Be there at 12:00 noon. (Decision taken at our last monthly council meeting held at Methane Mall at the farm).

A December to remember

When the history of December 2007 shall have been written, it will have been recorded that it was a great month for partying. As there was more than cause for concern on the political and security fronts, those who could, just threw one of those 'just because' parties. And, my dears, there were many of those!
