Dear Counsellor: I am an elderly Jamaican and find myself with plenty of time on my hands. I would like to get more involved in my community.

Lotto vibes - Lara's Cup runneth 'over'

This was a very strange week. A lot of lotto buyers should be gasping for breath and wondering where the rakes are coming from. For instance, that gun battle that took place in western Kingston. I do not have the slightest hint what it is all about, but I can say that it flopped big time.
