Pulse model Nicole Grey graces the cover of this month's issue of 'SHE'.

Her curly Afro, piercing eyes and flawless skin crown the cover of this month's premier Caribbean fashion and lifestyle publication, SHE Magazine. Rocking designs from Kumba and Keenya Linton, Pulse model Nicole Grey is undeniably beautiful, always fierce and extremely fashionable.

Her stylish cover is a prelude to an in-depth feature on her rise in the world of fashion. Absolutely exquisite, she cements her place in the fashion history as she radiates on the pages of SHE.

Back on the cover

The 5'9" cover girl is no stranger to the Caribbean glossy. She had front page credits for its hot 2001 bikini issue. Five years later, she is back on the cover and also claims several editorial pages. Her feature story titled 'Nicole's Better Has Come', details the model's journey from her first photo shoot to her debut feature role in the latest Caribbean film, Better Mus' Come. She discusses at length her experiences in the "tough and often unforgiving" industry. "I know that life has its ups and downs and I try my best to get up when I fall and get on with it," she reveals as her strategy for staying ahead. Nicole came from among the elite 2002 Caribbean Model Search that included: Jaunel McKenzie and Nell Robinson. Nicole became the third Pulse model to capture the coveted M.A.C cosmetics campaign. According to her, that campaign opened a lot of opportunities for her and significantly pushed her career. From this push came editorials for the famed Essence and O magazines.

Acting debut

In her editorial spread, the ultra-fashionable model, actress and singer, gushes about her acting debut: "I saw how similar the lead female character Kemala and I were, and I understand how well I fit the part. It was like I was destined to get the role, and fate ensured that I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. this will be a completely new undertaking for Nicole, this is a step towards enhancing her cross-over appeal, enhancing her visibility in the fashion and entertainment industry. "This [film] project is great for me and I want to take full advantage of the opportunities it will bring."

Signed to Karin Models in New York and Paris, Michele Pommier in Miami and Bookings in London, this Pulse supermodel is on the move and certainly one to watch in upcoming months, as she expands her portfolio and attracts new clients.
