Cranberry & Pomegranate Ginger Splash

6 oz. Ocean Spray Cranberry & Pomegranate 100 per cent juice chilled

1 oz orange juice chilled

4 oz. ginger ale, chilled

2 or 3 pieces crystallised ginger

METHOD

In tall glass, mix Cranberry and Pomegranate and orange juice. Stir in ginger ale. Fill with ice. On drink pick or long skewer, thread the crystallised ginger. Place in drink. Makes 1 serving
