Help for the insane

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS IS an open letter to the powers that be.

Will someone please take this man of unsound mind who has been roaming the streets from Mary Brown's Corner to Eastwood Park and Red Hills roads for the last six months.

This mentally sick man is covered with filth 24/7. His scent is more than I can tell. Please, it's full time someone help him.
