SOUTHEASTERLY and along Hillcrest Avenue to the western boundary of Carl Vernon’s
residence;
NORTHEASTERLY along this boundary to its end and continue from this point in a straight
line to and along the boundary of Omroy’s premises to where it meets a track opposite Barbara
(Valrie) Williams’ residence;
SOUTHEASTERLY and along this track to where it meets an unpaved footpath leading to
Melrose Drive;
SOUTHEASTERLY along this footpath to meet Melrose Avenue (also known as Factory Road)
