Description of boundary – Montego Bay Census 2011
FROM THE POINT where a stream known as Running Gut enters the sea;
EASTERLY along the sea coast to a point opposite the Little River/Cornwall Road;
SOUTHERLY from this point in a straight line to and along this road to where it meets the
Mount Zion/Cornwall Road;
WESTERLY and along this road to where it meets Running Gut Road (P.C.R. No. 48);
SOUTHWESTERLY then NORTHWESTERLY and along this road to where it meets the
Old Works/Blue Hole Road (P.C.R. No. 34) near Tryall Bridge;
SOUTHERLY and SOUTHWESTERLY along this road to the point where it crosses the northern
boundary of Flower Hill;
WESTERLY along this boundary (marked by a stone wall) to where it meets the Flower
Hill/Coral Gardens Road (Flower Hill Avenue);
SOUTHEASTERLY and along Flower Hill Avenue to where it meets the Montego Bay/Flower
Hill Road (Salt Spring Road) at Rennie Watt;
NORTHWESTERLY and along this road to where it meets the eastern boundary of Salt Spring
at the Salt Spring All Age School gate;
SOUTHEASTERLY along this boundary to meet Green Pond - Flower Hill Track leading from
Baugh's Dairy shed in deep woodlands;
SOUTHWESTERLY and along this track to the pump house;
SOUTHEASTERLY from this point in a straight line to the point where Irwin boundary crosses
Boggy Gut Gully in woodlands;
NORTHEASTERLY and along this gully to a point northeast of the intersection of Kirkpatrick
Hall Road and Capachi Road (School Pasture Road) in woodlands;
SOUTHEASTERLY from this point in a straight line to the intersection of Kirkpatrick Hall Road
and Capachi Road (School Pasture Road);
SOUTHWESTERLY and along Kirkpatrick Hall Road to meet the Sign/Adelphi main road in
Orange;
SOUTHEASTERLY along the Sign/Adelphi main road to its junction with Rocky Road (P.C.R.
No. 24);
SOUTHWESTERLY along Rocky Road (P.C.R. No. 24) to meet the Sign/Guilsbro secondary
road;
NORTHWESTERLY along this secondary road to where it meets the Montego Bay/Sign main
road at the Sign cross roads;
WESTERLY along this main road for a short distance to where it meets Over River Road (P.C.R.
No. 102) opposite the Sign Post Office;
SOUTHEASTERLY along this road to where it crosses the Montego River at a bridge;
WESTERLY and along this river to meet Pegga Road opposite the Dollar View Inn;
SOUTHWESTERLY and along Pegga Road to meet the Fairfield/Johns Hall secondary road;
NORTHWESTERLY and along this secondary road to where it meets the Retirement/Kempshot
Road;
SOUTHEASTERLY and along this road to where it meets a waterway (culvert) approximately
10 yards
from the road leading to the Retirement Dump;
NORTHWESTERLY along this waterway to and along the Retirement River to where the
railway line passes under the JPS Co. High Tension Wire;
