Something extra
published: Tuesday | November 25, 2008

Gurney Beckford always seems to find himself surrounded by beautiful women and, here again, he finds the company of Carol Blair (left), administrative director of the Jamaica Cancer Society, and Anya Schnoor of Scotia DBG Investments. They were at the Cancer Society's Annual Wine and Cheese Party, held on the lawns of Jamaica House, Devon Road, last Friday.

Yanisleidys McDonald is hot to trot at the Jamaica Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (JSPCA) Annual Doggie Fashion Show and Food Festival at the American International School of Kingston, Olivier Road, last Saturday.

Saran Burke (left), Priscilla Muirhead (centre) and Monique Muirhead of Old MacDonald Farms Limited take a break from duties at the Jamaica Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (JSPCA) Annual Doggie Fashion Show and Food Festival.

Great minds think alike, they say, and Seragh Lakasingh (left) and Philip Paulwell were certainly sharing the same fashion sense at the party hosted by Montego Bay businessman Lachu Ramchandani. In photos used yesterday we reported that the party was hosted by Club India, but it was actually hosted by Ramchandani. We regret the error.

Attorney Sanya Young and Omer Thomas hobnob at the Spaces Store first anniversary Open House held at Winchester Business Centre, Hope Road, St Andrew, on Sunday.

It's the first anniversary and Spaces threw a celebratory party on Sunday. From left: Yaneek Page, Terise Kettle, Candice Stewart and Janelle Pantry, the store's owner, sport matching smiles.
