The Editor, Sir:I have been living at my current address for the last four years and have never paid more than a certain amount for my light bill. This month, my bill doubled. I was told by the JPS that we were billed for 40 days instead of 30.
Why is it that someone did not inform the country about this error before the protests? I am really disappointed in JPS's approach.
The OUR should investigate this and appropriate action taken. The minister of energy also needs to get on this case urgently.
