Cruelty
Communities are going to have to come together and organise to protect themselves and property, because the authorities are doing nothing to protect the hardworking farmers.
It's unbelievable how people have no heart anymore in Jamaica, no respect for life and people's property. It's unbelievable cruelty.

Slavery apology
My reaction to the article about the recent apology for England's involvement in the transatlantic slave trade is immediate relief that, at last, someone has come forward to acknowledge and formally apologise.
To me, this opens the door for forgiveness to take root. Now it is up to all of us to embrace this apology and the idea of 'true' forgiveness.
I have always felt that people the world over are related and it has now been, for the most part, proven to be so. However, understanding why we have done the things to each other throughout our evolution(s), both spiritual and physical, has been heartbreaking and terrifying and exhausting.
I have wanted this apology for a long, long time. I receive it with an open heart and mind.

Starting point
Apology is a starting point but not adequate for the enslavement, rape, murder and manipulation of black people for so many years.
We need to be compensated. Give us back the resources of ourmotherland that superpowers drain day by day.

Emergency
I have heard the cry for the new minister of national security to announce his new crime plan for the country. Are we not tired of hearing one crime plan after the other?
My crime plan is to put this country under a state of emergency, if this is what will flush out these criminals from their hiding places.
I am sure law-abiding citizens will not mind if this is going to make us go about our daily duties and sleep better at nights. These criminals have no mercy on us. It's time we return the favour.
