Vox Pop - How do you think this Test series will go?
published: Saturday | May 24, 2008

From left, Campbell, Miles, Ware and Aburrow

  • Clive 'Busy' Campbell: From 1983 when West Indies lost the Cricket World Cup, I have stopped making predictions in cricket, but I think that we will put up a good performance. However, Australia are the favourites because they are the world's number one team, but I am hoping that we will do well against them.

  • David Miles: I think that West Indies are going to win this series because we have been playing well in our last couple of Test matches. We also have the advantage of playing at home despite going up against world number one, Australia.

  • Jamie Ware: I think Australia will win this series because they are the stronger team on paper and are in form. I think that the West Indies might win one of the Test matches if they are lucky, because at the moment they are struggling for consistency.

  • Nicole Aburrow: Australia will win this series because they are a lot more disciplined than the West Indies players. The Australian players who were playing in the Indian Premier League arrived home two weeks ago, while the West Indies players got here three days ago.
