Johnson

Hypnosis is a branch of psychology.where you are able to tap into your intuitive part, the subconscious. To tap into the power of the mind to get the desired result. "When people get to that part of their mind where power lies, they can heal themselves. A state of trance puts you in touch with that part of the mind that has sources of energy and healing, turning inward and finding your inner strength," explained Johnson.

Hypnoherapy is unlike stage hypnosis where they get people to quack like a duck or do things they would not normally do.

However, she pointed out that not everyone can be hypnotised. "You have to be willing to let go of the conscious. Letting go of control."

It is also a great way to relieve stress. "If you slow down and pause and listen, we can tap into it."
