Receivers to take over personal assets
published: Saturday | May 3, 2008

The Supreme Court has appointed two receivers to take over the personal assets of Cash Plus boss, Carlos Hill.

Kenneth Tomlinson and William Tacon who are chartered accountants and forensic experts were appointed following an application made this week by Kingston businessman Alex Haber.

Haber has sued Hill to recover $30 million, which was invested in his collapsed investment scheme.

Supreme Court Judge Ingrid Mangatal on Thursday appointed the receivers after hearing legal arguments in chambers from attorney-at-law Conrad George.
