THE EDITOR, Sir:DR PAUL Ashley's article of Wednesday, April 30, is as sobering as it is frightening.
The prime minister seems bent on exercising 'prime ministerial' power in the very manner he had committed to curtailing and his body language and tone, when defending such actions (as he did in Parliament recently when citing letters from former PSC), displayed a degree of arrogance unbecoming of a 'ser-vant'; but in the next sentence he spoke of the need for cooperation.
Dictatorship?
Lest we forget, someone needs to carefully and accurately document the PM's pronouncements about good faith, cooperation, etcetera, and lay them side by side with his actions.
The start of a dictatorship is always disregarded for fundamental principles of law. The PM's actions are cause for concern.
