Rain did not stop the party

Tuesday was Prime Minister Bruce Golding's turn to host guests at Jamaica House for his post-budget cocktail reception. The mood was festive, but very soon after the mingling started the clouds opened and spilled their contents on the black, green and gold-draped tables and tents.

The action moved inside the historic edifice and even after 9:00 p.m., cars were still rolling in. Here are highlights.
