Financial markets are notoriously fragile and skittish and tend to react to the signals from exchequers.
We hope, therefore, that Finance Minister Shaw is in command of the facts in charging that the merchant bank, Dehring, Bunting and Golding received "sweet-heart" deals from the former administration.
