Reservations for the ninth annual Epicurean Escape from June 25-29 are now open at the hotel. Seating is limited to just 210 all-suite accommodations set on prime beachfront along Jamaica's famed west coast of Negril.

Hosting this weekend are a handful of North America's star chefs, including Lynn Crawford of the Four Seasons New York, Michele Mazza of New York's Il Mulino and E. Michael Reidt of Sevilla, Santa Barbara.

Grand Lido Negril's new executive chef Gal Kotzer, winner of the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences' Five Star Diamond Award, will also be showcased. Kotzer has worked in New York's top kitchens where he sharpened his skills at Aquavit and Cello after completing his training at the French Culinary Institute.

Expect also to see many fine vintages selected by sommelier and author Anthony Giglio and advanced sommelier Jason Quinn of Prime at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, among others.

This four-night/five-day feast includes all theme activities, classes and tastings, and the grand gala. The weekend package includes suite accommodations, gourmet dining, premium alcoholic beverages and 24-hour room service, activities and entertainment, manicures and pedicures, (airport transfers) and even dry cleaning and tips.

For information/reservation: visit www.grandlidonegril.com, or call: 876-518-5006.
