As the Jamaica Constabulary Force continues its investigation into the financial affairs of Cash Plus' head Carlos Hill, a public relations consultant for the embattled investment scheme was arrested yesterday.
The Constabulary Communication Network reported that following an operation in Ocho Rios, St Ann, by members of the Organised Crime Investigation Division, Garwin Davis, freelance journalist and public relations consultant, was taken into police custody.
Davis was charged with possession of a forged United States passport, forgery of a United States passport and false declaration.
The police said Davis has travelled extensively, specifically between 1992 and 1995, on the forged US passport with his photograph which bears the name Timothy Earl Mitz.
