St Catherine outfit Naggo Head will tackle Bath from St Thomas in today's feature game of the COK Champions Cup knockout competition at Cotton Tree Oval, Port Morant, starting at 3:00 p.m.
In the day's other games, Sandy Bay host Benefica at Kenilworth Academy and Albany entertain Grange Hill at Clembhards Park.
This year's competition has a new format, which will see the teams playing one leg, instead of the home and away series used in former championships.
Jason Grant, coach of St Catherine KO champions Naggo Head, is very optimistic of his team's chances.
Confident
"We are quite confident because at our last training session that we had everyone was ok and really looking forward to this game," said Grant.
He added: "We are going there to win ... I am quite happy with the team form going into this competition.
"The players have been showing a lot of guts and determination since our last competitive game against Bodles.
"We are expecting everybody in the team to step up because each individual knows that we really want to win this competition, and that we also want to use the tournament as a stepping stone to propel us to the Premier League next season," Grant explained.
One-way game
Meanwhile Samuel Calvin, coach of Bath, said: "This is a one-way game so going into this match-up we just have to go for a victory because we have the advantage playing at home and so we just have to make full use of it."
He added: "We are very confident going up against this Naggo Head team because we've only lost one game during our league competition so far this season, and the last time we played in this tournament we reached the second round.
"We intend on going further than this time around," Calvin said. Calvin added that their inspirational midfielder, Jermaine Scott, is out with a knee injury, which is a major blow for his team.
