The Editor, Sir:
I noticed Flow's full-page advertisement, entitled: 'Questions and Answers', in the Business section of Sunday's Gleaner. The ad was no doubt intended to impress both the readers of The Gleaner and the subscribers to Flow.
Unfortunately, I am a subscriber because the executive committee of the strata to which I belong decided recently to engage Flow as the provider of cable television service to the strata's owners and residents.
Since early last month, I have been trying, to no avail, to have one of Flow's representatives answer a question and a concern that I have. Despite telephone calls and two letters to officers of Flow, I have not been able to speak with anyone and my letters have gone unanswered.
Isn't this one of the ways a monopoly functions?
I am, etc,
