A 19-year-old male is among the five new faces on the latest instalment of Jamaica's most wanted list, released by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) yesterday.
The list of the 11 most wanted men was released during a press conference at the commissioner's office on Old Hope Road, St Andrew.Jemmell Holgate, who the police say is of a Kingston address and frequents Tredegar Park and Spanish Town, is wanted for the murder of Ruel Isaacs on August 4 last year in Spanish Town.Holgate joins Ryon Bailey, also known as Rasta, who is wanted for three counts of murder in Gobay district, St Catherine; Christopher Barrett, also known as Chicken Back of Gregory Park, St Catherine, who is wanted for murder Gordon of Broadleaf district, Clarendon, who is wanted for shooting with intent at the police and escaping custody and Adiff Washington of Milk River, Clarendon, who is wanted for several counts of shooting and attempted murder.

The other men on the list are Cedrick Murray, also known as Paul Brown; Linton Dryden, Wilberforce Matterson, also known as Cracker; Lincoln Powell, also known as Harry Dog; Carey Rose, also known as Tyson, and Richard Brown, also known as Jesus.In the revised list, the JCF highlighted the elimination of five of the men from the last compilation in November.Before the start of yesterday's press conference, the police announced there was a last-minute change to the list with the removal of Robert Brown, otherwise called Deniro, who was captured on Saturday in Lawrence Tavern, St Andrew. He was wanted for murder and shooting."Five of those persons (from the previous list) have been accounted for, two have been arrested and are currently being interviewed and dealt with in relation to a number of offences, and three were killed," said Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Les Green. "Two were killed by other criminals and one was killed by the security forces."Eldon Calvert, reputed boss of the Montego Bay-based Stone Crusher gang; Wayne Dryden, Dryden and Gerald Taylor were the other men on the list.Calvert was captured during a police operation on January 2, while the Dryden brothers were killed by criminals on December 9 last year. Taylor was killed by the police in an operation also on December 9 last year.In the meantime, the police urged citizens to give any information they have on suspicious activities they see.
