Morris Meadows now on sale
published: Sunday | February 10, 2008

The National Housing Trust (NHT) will start accepting applications for its Morris Meadows units between February 11 and 15.

However, on Monday, applicants may collect fact sheets from the NHT's offices or from the NHT's website at www.nht.gov.jm, said the agency.

The units will be sold at $4.6 million (subject to escalation). The NHT will lend a single applicant up to $3.5 million towards buying a unit in Morris Meadows.

The single applicant, however, will have to fund the outstanding amount plus the closing cost, which amounts to $1,105,347.50, said the agency.
