The trial of 37-year-old police constable Horace Roberts and the two civilians who are charged in connection with the series of robberies involving returned residents is to continue on March 17.
The civilians are 30-year-old carpenter Robert Hurl and 30-year-old labourer Richard Wart.
They are charged jointly with 33 counts of robbery with aggravation, which allegedly took place between May 2004 and October 2005.
Mr. Justice Courtney Daye is presiding at the trial which began on November 16, 2006, in the Gun Court.

The three accused are in custody and were ordered on Monday to return to court on March 17 when their trial will continue for three days, after which other dates will be set for the trial to continue.
