published: Monday | December 31, 2007

Two girls have been missing from home since Saturday.

They are 13-year-old Nyoka Rochelle Francis and six-year-old Abigail Renée Brooks of Mount Pleasant district, Mount James, St. Andrew.

The Constabulary Communication Network reports that, about 1:55 Saturday afternoon, Francis left home to attend class at an institution in Half-Way Tree, accompanied by Brooks, her niece. They have not been seen since.

Nyoka is of dark complexion, medium build and about 165 centimetres tall. She was last seen dressed in a pair of orange pants, an orange blouse and a pair of gold slippers.

Young Abigail is also of dark complexion, slim build and about 155 centimetres tall. She was last seen dressed in a green dress and a pair of green slippers.

Anyone knowing of their whereabouts is being asked to contact the Half-Way Tree police at 926-8481, or call the police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
