D, as she is affectionately called, loves being a problem-solver, so, more often than not, when that name is uttered, it's followed by a challenge and the vivacious Diedre Mullings is equal to the task.
"I like to know that if you call me and say D, I need so and so, you know that I'm reliable and committed," said the present outlet administration manager of Paymaster.
In her job, she ensures that employees have everything, from sufficient stationary to a fully running computer network in all the branches.
Swift movement
Her commitment and reliability are apparent in her swift movement up the corporate ladder. The 34-year-old is on her seventh position at Paymaster since starting over eight years ago as a customer service agent.
Currently completing a degree in language communications and society with a minor in international relations, she is poised to move even further.
But the mother of one is not all about work. "I really enjoy dancing, going to the clubs every now and then."
