Moved to tears
published: Wednesday | November 14, 2007

The Editor, Sir:

I have been an avid reader of The Gleaner online for a couple of years, and I cannot think of any article that has moved me to tears as the article I just read concerning the Editors Forum recently conducted regarding the fears our precious children face every day of their young lives.

It's hard for me to believe this is the Jamaica I love and hoped to return to, if God spares my life.

My sincere prayer is that these 'gunmen' will wake up and realise what they are doing to the generation that will be running the country in the near future.

I am, etc.,
