Younes Kaboul scored in injury time to give Tottenham a 4-4 draw with Aston Villa in the English Premier League yesterday.
Kaboul's strike capped a three-goal rally in the final 21 minutes after Tottenham fell behind 4-1 in the 59th at White Hart Lane.
"To come back from 4-1 down is unbelievable," Tottenham striker Robbie Keane said. "You talk about dead and buried, but we showed lots of character. That's what we have in this team.
"When you're 4-1 down, you go hell for leather. It does feel like a sort of victory to us in many ways."
Dimitar Berbatov put Tottenham ahead in the 20th minute, heading in a corner after his earlier shot had been saved by Aston Villa goalkeeper Scott Carson.
Villa replied in the 22nd, when Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson fumbled a corner and the ball fell to Martin Laursen, who converted.
Comeback
Laursen scored his second goal 10 minutes later to put Villa in the lead, finishing a play that started with Ashley Young's free kick, then went from Gareth Barry to Zat Knight to the Danish defender.
Gabriel Agbonlahor added the third in the 40th, winning the ball from Tottenham defender Michael Dawson, twisting into the penalty area and scoring into the far corner.
Craig Gardner made it 4-1 for Villa in the 59th when he scored from a free kick.
Tottenham's comeback began in the 69th minute. Jermain Defoe, who came on as a substitute in the 54th minute, hit the post and Pascal Chimbonda scored from the rebound.
Keane converted a penalty kick in the 82nd minute for Tottenham's third goal, earned when Spurs striker Darren Bent was brought down by Marlon Harewood.
The match marked the 125th anniversary of Tottenham and several former players took a lap of honour around the field before the match.
