A day to remember
published: Monday | September 24, 2007

Tandy Lewis, Features Writer

June is just around the corner and for all you June brides-to-be, your planning should be well under way at this point.

If there is one day in your life you will remember, your wedding day will be it. It is on your wedding day that you officially make that first step into a new life with your partner. Your wedding day changes everything in your life; if you want to opt out, you can't just break up, you have to divorce. You give your name to someone else or have your name changed. It is not just you and your things, it becomes our things and we. Your wedding day is just the beginning.

Weddings are serious business, we agree on that. However, the day that represents such a life-changing event should be celebrated in style. Your wedding should be a reflection of you and your new bride/groom, not your parents or friends. It is quite easy to get caught up, therefore, it is up to you to ensure that you get what you want out of your wedding, as this will be a day you will remember for the rest of your life, and you want to look back with fondness on this time. Your wedding is also a chance for you to be creative. With all the options available to you, you can make your own traditions and have a wedding like no other.

We have a number of ideas and tips to share with you and get you started.

Congratulations on your nuptials for those of you getting married this year. For the rest of you in the planning stages, you may find our information useful for the coming months.
