In your issue of Sunday, September 16, you stated in reference to the 1989 JLP Cabinet, that Winston Spaulding was Minister of Justice and Attorney-General in the 1989 JLP Cabinet.

However, my colleague, Dr. Oswald Harding, succeeded me from October 1986 as Minister of Justice and Attorney-General, and another friend, the late Errol Anderson, as Minister of Security.

My time in office as Cabinet minister was between November 1980 and October 1986.
