Supermodel and Pulse protégée, Jaunel McKenzie.- Contributed THE LIVE finals of the Caribbean Model Search (CMS) came to a dramatic close last Friday.
The spotlight now turns to the 18 girls competing for top honours in Pulse's CMS reality TV series. As the new season gets under way, fashion and beauty fans can catch a close-up of the finalists, who made their first public appearance at last Friday's event, on CVM TV on Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.
Scheduled to run over the next six weeks, the television show, which drew a large following last year, is back bringing all the glamour, drama and excitement of the competition as eliminations are orchestrated via a series of challenges and public vote. Unfamiliar and bound to be strenuous on the novice models, the CMS TV series will expose who really wants the title when things seem less glamorous, and hard work, tenacity and strategy are required to stay ahead of the competition.
The first episode of the new series airs tomorrow and TV audience will get a chance to meet the girls vying for the title.
The public will not only be viewers but also active participants in the show, as they get a chance to vote for their favourites while getting an opportunity to win prizes, including a Motorola Razr.
Listings of the girls numbers will be publicised through CVM TV, Hype TV, Zip 103 FM and The Gleaner. The public should text the number of their favourite contestant to 444-4237.
CMS 2007 is produced by Pulse in association with bMobile, Homestyle Juices, Dark & Lovely and Ting. Media and magazine partners are Zip 103 FM, SHE Caribbean, CVM TV, Ocean Style, Hype TVand The Gleaner.
