Despite the heavy downpour, over 25 of Lanie Oakley-Williams's close friends, all wearing white outfits, from St. Andrew High and the National Housing Trust, along with family, came out to celebrate her 'other' 21st birthday on Saturday, August 11, at her Old Stony Hill home. Dr. Lanie Oakley-Williams is general manager, operations, at the National Housing Trust.
