Former champions Kingston College (KC)defeated Ardenne 5-0 twice in two rescheduled matches played recently in the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) Table Tennis competition.

KC improved their record to six wins from as many starts and now lead the Zone Two standings with 18 points. They are followed by Campion on 10 points, St. Jago and Ardenne with three points each, and newcomers St. Anne's on two points.

The top three teams from the zone will qualify for the semi-finals.

In the second encounter, national junior player Stephen Tapper beat Simon Tomlinson 3-1 and Jason-Craig Thompson, Foster, Paul Montague and Smith handed 3-0 shut-outs to Lue, Kristoff Young, James and Berry, respectively.
