'No Problem' leads with four tagged marlin
published: Friday | October 6, 2006

'NO PROBLEM' continues to have its way on the seas heading into today's final day of the 43rd Port Antonio International Marlin Tournament when it tagged one of four marlin yesterday.

'No Problem', which has now managed to tag at least one marlin every day since the tournament started, one on the first, two on the second and now one on the third, is two ahead of its nearest competitors with a total of four marlin tagged and released.

'Asdip', 'Tassy Wassy' and 'Running Over' all failed to tag yesterday which leaves them all tied for second-place with two marlin each.

'Dianna', 'Rhapsody' and 'Zzzouks', which also managed to bag an impressive non-bill fish haul, when it landed a 41 pound sailfish, all got on the board yesterday with one marlin each.

The vessels 'Bye Pass', 'Safe Passage', 'Daddy's Dream', 'Specu-lation', 'Touch of Class', 'Precious Cargo', 'White Diamond', 'Prospect II', 'One Love' and 'La Nadine' also have one marlin each.

There has been no boat so far that has been able to bring back a marlin to the marina as the fish have to be bigger than 99 inches and about 300 pounds.

The competition resumes today at 7:00 a.m.
