Waterhouse hat-trick hero Jomo Gordon celebrates after scoring his third goal against Harbour View in the Wray and Nephew National Premier League second End-of-Round final at the National Stadium last night. Waterhouse won 4-1 on penalties, following a 4-4 finish at the end of extra-time.
JOMO GORDON was the hero three times for Waterhouse in their second End-of-Round final victory over Harbour View last night at the National Stadium.
Gordon's hat-trick paced his club for a 4-1 win in the penalty shoot-out after a mammoth performance from both teams left the game tied at 4-4 at the end of extra-time.
On December 26, 2004, Gordon played a similar role but in a different jersey. He punished Waterhouse with an 85th minute goal in another End-of-Round final while playing for Harbour View. "I always like to be in the position where the pressure rises, and I have to rise above the pressure. I live for those moments," Gordon said as he was hounded by throngs of 'Firehouse' fans.
