ONE OF the most widely respected awards in travel, Condé Nast Traveller's 2004 Readers' Choice Awards, has named Couples Swept Away in Negril, as the top all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean and the top Jamaican resort in the November 2004 issue.
"We are extremely proud to have Couples Swept Away chosen as the leading all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean," commented Randy Russell, senior vice-president of sales and marketing of Couples Resorts. "Condé Nast is a renowned publication and the Readers' Choice Awards mean so much to us because it is our guests who have given us this top honour."
Couples Swept Away is ranked at number nine among the Top 20 Caribbean Resorts. In addition to being in the top 10 in the Caribbean, the resort has the distinction of being the highest rated all-inclusive on the list making it the number one all-inclusive in the region. The Readers' Choice Awards, which began in 1988, are based on the resort's rooms, service, food/dining, location and activities/facilities. "We strive to provide our guests with the best service and amenities on a daily basis, and this is proof that it doesn't go unnoticed.
