THE EDITOR, Sir:

THE PUBLIC lavatory in the square of Mile Gully, Manchester is closed. It has been months since the public lavatory has been closed. The questions now are why? And what must the people use?

Will the people who are in charge re-open the lavatory now to the public as a matter of urgency.
