Daniel Thwaites and Seaga

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I'M SOMETIMES amused and at times baffled as to why your columnist Daniel Thwaites is so envious of the Leader of Opposition and Jamaica Labour Party Leader, Edward Seaga. Mr Thwaites seizes every opportunity to vilify Mr Seaga and everyone who supports him and the Jamaica Labour Party, while at the same time he seeks to glorify anyone who is not in favour of the JLP or its leader.

If Mr Thwaites can be so jealous and envious of Mr Seaga as Opposition Leader, how is he going to cope when Mr Seaga becomes Prime Minister?

My advice to Mr Thwaites is that he should get used to seeing and hearing from Eddie Seaga or he (Mr Thwaites) may soon start suffering from stomach ulcers.

I am etc.,
