A mis-spelt route

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THIS MAY be trivia, but I refuse to believe that I am the only person who sees the JUTC bus, travelling on Mona Road, labelled destination 'HAUGUST TOWN'. When first I saw it some four or six weeks ago, I thought it was a mistake, or that in passing it going in the opposite direction, that I had made a mistake in what I saw for the brief interval.

However, as I continue to see it on most days, I know now that it is not a mistake on my part. Can some one at the JUTC please make the correction?

Today is August 13, and up to this morning, the same bus still carried 'HAUGUST TOWN' on the front of the bus. I cannot believe that no one else can spell.

I am, etc.,

JUDITH ROSE-SPENCER
