JAMAICAN international Onandi Lowe scored a winning late goal for champions Kansas City Wizards in a come-from-behind victory over the Dallas Burn in US Major League Soccer (MLS) Saturday night.
Lowe had an assist plus the 89th minute winner, while Trinidadian Gary Glasgow also played a pivotal role in the Wizard's eighth win of the season.
In other results, DC United outscored New England Revolution 3-1, Chicago Fire clipped Colorado Rapids 1-0, San Jose beat the Tampa Bay Mutiny 2-1, and the Los Angeles Galaxy shot past Miami 3-0.
Dallas appeared heading for victory at the Arrowhead Stadium when they went 2-0 up through goals from Oscar Pareja and Ariel Graziani, but the Wizards roared back with three goals - two by Roy Lassiter - in the last 17 minutes.
On 73 minutes, Lowe played a return pass to Lassiter, who shot past Matt Jordan, and two minutes later, Glasgow intercepted well and sent a curling pass for Lassiter to score again.
Lowe collected his second goal of the season, and also his second game-winner, when he headed in an in-swinging corner from former US international Peter Vermes a minute from the end.
Lowe also went close twice in the first half - blasting a free-kick in the 35th minute which Jordan tipped ober the bar, and sending a diving header just wide approaching half-time.
At Foxboro Stadium, the 16-year-old rookie forward Santino Quaranta scored twice as three-time champions DC United rolled over New England, who had in their line-up, Jamaica internationals Andy Williams and Wolde Harris, the club's leading scorer in the 2000 MLS.
The Revs had their best early chance at goal on a Ted Chronopoulos header from a Williams free kick in the 20th minute.
Harris, a 62nd minute substitute, assisted on the Revs' goal by William Sunsing in the 87th minute.
At the Rose Bowl, CONCACAF Club champions Los Angeles Galaxy prevailed over the Eastern Division leaders Miami Fusion - with Jamaica international Tyrone Marshall - who were suffering their second straight 3-0 loss.
For LA, with St Vincent and the Grenadines' Ezra Hendrickson in their side, Mexican Luis Hernandez, Adam Frye, and Greg Vanney got the goals.
Bulgarian star Hristo Stoichkov netted in stoppage time at Soldier Field where Central front-runners Chicago edged Colorado, and Tampa, with T&T defender Craig Demmin, went down to Western Division leaders San Jose, who got both their goals from midfielder Manny Lagos at Spartan Stadium.
