Customer relationship is key at NCB

Blair

BLACK RIVER, St. Elizabeth:

IF IT is to open an account or to get financial advice, you are welcome to visit the Black River Special Agency of the National Commercial Bank (NCB) at 13 High Street. At the agency, customer relationship is key.

"We offer a number of savings' options such as Start Account for students under age 18, Grads Club for persons attending university, Nation Save, Sunshine and Regular Save, all offering different interest rates and we also have the Savers Gold Club account for persons 60 and over," explained the officer in charge of the agency, Marvia Blair.

Miss Blair pointed out that at the agency there is an open door policy where customers are free to come in and discuss their problems and concerns. All the employees try to develop a close relationship with the customers. "Persons are always encouraged to come in and borrow money to go into business of their choice because our interest rates are very competitive and with an increase in lending last year of 34 per cent, things are looking good for this agency," according to Miss Blair.
